Yamaha V-Star 1100 Trailer Hitch Installation Instructions
Remove any saddlebag mounts if installed.
Remove the chrome fender strut covers.
Place the hitch side plate behind the chrome strut covers and install with the 2 bolts.
Repeat the above steps for the other side.
Install the base plate to the 2 side plates using the 4 carriage bolts nuts and washers. Insert the ball mount ube and secure with the ½" bolt nut and cotter pin. Tighten all bolts. (be sure to tighten the ½" bolt to eliminate all receiver rattle)
