Guys you spent a sunday putting my hitch on my 09 screaming eagle ultra. you guys are great even taking the harness off one of your own bikes because i told you i needed the wrong one. that is customer service. i have now riden my bike and trailer 3500 miles and can not say enough good things about you and the trailer hitch. One suggestion thou. how about building a cooler rack to use when i dont need the trailer itself? thanks again.

Great service all around, from the web site, links, FAQ's and customer service, I call with a few questions and after about 15 minutes I placed the order for the hitch to go on my 2009 Kawasaki Voyager 1700. The looks of the hitch is fantastic, the install was quick. I feel the service was something unbelievable, I wished more companies still believed in great customer service like you have given me. I wish you have something to guide me with the wiring of the trailer, like you had for the install of the hitch, the wiring part still has me stumped.

I have one of your hitches on my FLHTC, and I got rear ended by a cage. Your hitch added enough rigidity to the back of the bike that the fender didn't get into the back tire. The bike rolled, and I had time to recover control of the bike. I was able to ride the bike to the repair shop. I credit the strength of your hitch for that. I'll be ordering another one soon.

the htich looks great and works pretty good too, but before I go more than around the block I need some help. I am building a trailer to tow that will carry my pups but I need some trailer advise, what is the weight ratio infront and behind the axel. should the trailer be level with hitch or should the trailer have a rake + or -. almost done and need to know for axel placement and height

It is the greatest. Installed the hitch in about 15 to 20 min. The wireing took about 3hr. because I wanted to take my time and do it right. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Yamaha Venture hitch. I was very pleased with the shipping. We towed a trailer about 1500 mi.It was great. This is a good dependable Company I'm thinking they'll be around a long time.

Hi.Here in Europe they want Hitches with a sertification paper/marking. They olso need a sertification/???? from the bike producer that sayes if this bike can pull a trailer. Can this be done.

I mounted my 40-A020-B hitch on my 2009 Harley Ultra Clasic last night and it took only an hour. I was concerned because I also wanted to mount a Rivco Products flag mount and it utilizes some of the same points your hitch uses. I was able to mount both without any modifications. I have photos if you're interested.

Bought your hitch and had it later the same week. Fast service! One of the only companies that makes a hitch for a 200 rear tire softail. Install took me less than 15 minutes the first time. I have since easily designed a way to remove the hitch when I'm not using it (90% of my riding time) and can now install or remove the hitch in less than 5 minutes! A very simple-to-use product of the best quality. Thanks again for your great service and product!

I installed a hitch on my Stratoliner. Two things that would have helped me in the instructions. 1. The part that said to remove then replace the two top bolts would be better if the instructions said replace with longer bolts provided with the hitch. Also it would have helped me if I knew the side brackets were to be to the outside of the lower hitch plate. I am very happy with this hitch now that I have it installed. I recieved my hitch and wiring assembley and I must say I was very pleased. Installation for the wiring was a breeze. The hitch was a little bit of a problem but only because the guard rail didn't line up on one side. Installation was less than an hour. I would recomend this to anyone. Got the whole 9 yards for the price of most other brands hitch only.

just installed your hitch and wiring on my V Star 1300 and am very pleased. It was easy and didn't take long. The only problem is it does have a little bit of a rattle to it at idle and low speeds but altogether I am impressed....it looks great and pulls great! The Hitch is great. Only suggestion I have is for the wiring harness. The Pigtail in the subharness should be color coded the same the Hoppy Converter is and is the industry standard. Right,Green,,,Left ,Yellow, Lights, Brown..... I did read a comment on here before about it and noticed the same thing on mine. Other than that, it is great. Thank you

I bought and installed your Hitch on my 2005 FLSTSC and it was a very easy install but I did have to add a few spacers and longer bolts due to me installing a Tour pack on the bike, Unusual for a Springer Classic. I ordered the universal subharness along with the 4 wire converter and after 5 hours of wireing and re-wireing i relized that the plug was wired just oppisite of the was it was suposed to be ie: brown wire went to a yellow wire in the plug..

I just purchased a McHitch for an Ultra. The product was here in 2 days, that shocked me! I ride an older Harley so the wiring harness I bought was not fitting right, I called on a Sunday and Todd answered. He was able to explain just what I needed to do and I was able to finish the job. easiest hitch to install on HD Hertiage Softail, but we made a small adjustment to receiver & used a hitch pin with cotter key. Would have to carry a wrench to remove the original bolt. it blends in very nicely with bike. Thank You again for such a good product & nicely priced.
MCHITCH recommends using the bolt and nut supplied to eliminate any receiver
rattle!

I have a MCHitch and wiring harness on a '07 Road Glide, this is the third manufactured hitch I have owned and the best by far. The wiring harness is easy to install and remove if necessary. The others may shine more than powder coat but they will not out preform this hitch. Thanks for a great line of products. Erroll Shaw

MCHITCH is an excellent hitch. Very easy to install and very nice looking. The receiver stile hitch is a great addition to my bike. When the ball and stinger are removed you can't tell I have a hitch. Installation time was less than thirty minutes with just a couple of wrenches.

I like things that are minimalist in design. This fits the bill it does what it was designed to do very unobtrusively. You can hardly notice it when the receiver it out. Good fit and finish. I will be buying one for my new bike when I take delivery.

I love the receiver hitch I purchased for my Ultra GLIDE . I wanted A hitch that was easy to install , and was unnoticeable when not in use . I posted on A forum asking others what was out there . MCHITCH responded to my thread telling me about there products . When I called them I talked to one of the owners. He was very helpful with my decision . I purchased the receiver hitch and isolator . I must say they were very easy to install . I explained to them that I was going on vacation in a week. My order was shipped that day and I received it very quickly. Installed in about two hours . The hitch for the Star Stratoliner is an absolute beauty, that is if you can see it. It is literally strong enough to stand on, but you can barely see it on the bike. And, as a bonus, the guys at MC Hitch are absolutely great to work with. I recommend it 100%.

I recently bought the hitch and the dual-flag holder for my Yamaha Royal Star Venture. They couldn't have been easier to install. The whole project took about 20 minutes. I used it on a Patriot Guard ride recently. We escorted a wounded veteran home from the airport for about 60 miles, at highway speeds. The hitch and flag holders were steady as a rock the whole time! Great products. Will be sharing this with outer PGR members. Thanks for providing a much needed product at a very fair price!

I just purchased a chrome hitch and powered wiring harness for my 2004 Ultra Classic. Hitch went on very easy, approx. 20 min. job. Wire harness was the same, plugs right into the original harness. Trouble free operation. Works great, and blends in with the baggage attachment hardware.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to put the hitch on my bike. Everything lined up perfectly, I didn't have to tweak anything to make all the holes line up. Why couldn't all aftermarket parts fit like my hitch? This is the first time I've pulled a trailer with a bike, and it couldn't be any easier. I can hardly tell the trailer is back there, except for accelerating and braking. The bike wiring was a little hard to understand at first, but once I figured out what was what on my bikes wiring I was embarrassed at how simple it really is. Love your product! Keep it shiny side up!
